Payment and Booking Terms: A £200 non-refundable booking fee is required which is deducted from your final balance, payable 4 weeks prior to the wedding date. Payment can be made by cash, credit/debit cards or via automated bank transfer.
Minimum Spend: Chic Weddings & Events have a minimum order value of £500.00 inclusive of delivery, installation and collection.
Follow-up Meetings and Quotation Updates: We suggest that all couples meet with us at least 6 weeks prior to their wedding date and we would ask that you contact us prior to this date to make an appointment. In our experience it is sometimes easier and less stressful for our couples to run through final numbers and requirements at this stage as numbers will fluctuate throughout your wedding planning. At any point should you wish to change flower make-up or styles we would suggest that you book an appointment for a re-quote/visit. Of course nothing is ever set in stone and we pride ourselves on being as flexible as we can to meet individual requirements.
Discounts: Any discounts offered in the above quotation maybe subject to change should your final requirements change in anyway.
Flower Availability: At the time of quotation the flowers and foliage's listed above are readily available. However, as we are dealing with a natural product the need may arise to substitute some flowers/foliage's due to lack of availability or quality issues. We will of course consult with you and discuss alternatives and would like to stress that this is a very rare occurrence.
Collection of items from Venues: The collection of all hired items the following day is included in the delivery/collection fee. However, if your venue insists on a collection at the end of your evening reception an unsocial hour fee will be applied.
The Loss or Damage of Hired Items: We reserve the right to charge a replacement fee plus a £10 administration fee for any loss or damage to hired items. We cannot accept replacement items supplied by yourselves.
Cancellation: In the event of a cancellation the £200 deposit paid on booking will be non-refundable. If a cancellation is made 6 months or less prior to the wedding date the full balance will be due 4 weeks before booked date. Cancellations will only be accepted in writing and if made by the bride/groom not a third party, all cancellations will be acknowledged and accept by us in writing by return.
